Employee: ALI (i’m choosing 1 star because it doesn’t allow me to do less than that) I am writing to formally express a concern regarding an interaction my mother recently experienced at your pharmacy. During her visit, a staff member made judgmental comments about her decision not to vaccinate years ago. Regardless of personal opinions, this type of interaction is inappropriate in a healthcare setting. Patients should never feel shamed, criticized, or spoken down to for past medical decisions—especially decisions made years ago, often under different circumstances, information, or guidance. Healthcare environments are meant to be safe, respectful, and nonjudgmental. When staff members express personal judgments, it can create discomfort, ZERO trust, and discourage patients from seeking

Coming here always takes forever, especially the drive thru! I had to make 3 trips across town because I had a copay card that they didn't even know how to run, and the company had to tell them run it as secondary! And instead of having the person drive around that if they didn't have their medication ready yet to get behind others who possibly had medication ready you sit and you sit and you They get that done that's why it takes so long! And then there hasn't been a person I've met yet behind the counter who Smiled or gave a greeting or a parting nothing..... Only reason I'm here is because my insurance only goes through them. I wish I could go back to CVS.

The pharmacy workers at this walgreens are liars who don't care about customer service. My Rx was on backorder somewhere else. I called this pharmacy and they told me they had it for me, so I transferred my Rx to them. I got and email and a phone call that it was filled and ready, but when I went the next day, they had cancelled it without notifying me. They assured me they had it and would fill it. When I went back, they told me they didn't have it but would order it for me, and could get it in 30 days. I was forced to transfer back to my original pharmacy where I was put back on the wait list, at the very bottom. Thanks Walgreens, you absolute liars. Would choose zero stars if I could.

Long wait in the drive through. I recommend going inside if you're able. Staff is knowledgeable and considerate just can't be in a hurry or you'll be disappointed.
