Walgreens Pharmacy

This pharmacy location has many challenges and is a complete disaster! You sign up for auto fill for prescriptions, they always say it is on auto fill, but you need to come back 3 or 5 times to pick up prescriptions. It never seems to get any better, it keeps getting worse with service and employees. 2025 was not good and we are off to quite a start for 2026. It is always a frustrating experience, why can't they seem to get it together? It doesn't need to be like this. I asked to speak with Salisha Khan, Pharmacy Manager, good luck with this. I sure do miss the Publix Pharmacy, unfortunately our insurance only allows Walgreens Pharmacy or else we would leave in a second we had the chance!

I should have people working while the others have lunch for half an hour waiting for them to reopen

The white lady was very nice at the register. The two Hispanic managers were very rude. They don't seem to have common sense or care about anything. They don't listen they just wait to speak over you. I've managed many retail businesses and this is horrible. I avoid going to that location solely because of them. I would fire management if I ran that store. Terrible.

Worse pharmacy ever. Rude staff. They need to be educated in basic customer service.
