Walgreens Pharmacy

Was here on Feb5 around 11pm to pick up an online order. MS.Dee was the only employee I see working so I politely ask for her help with my online order. I dont know what her deal is but she was extremely rude for no reason? With that unprofessional attitude, she can not be around customer, definitely need a different job like stocking or maybe cleaning. Please this can't be happening to another customer. Very disappointed in this walgreen location

Ever since Walgreens on Airline closed, this place is way too busy. Even when 5 or 6 people are working the Rx they cannot keep up with the traffic. On top of that, the prescriptions are almost never ready, even when they say the order is ready ????

Only because 0 wasn’t available!!! Jessica was completely RUDE!!! Trying to get the deals on TikTok and she kept telling me not at this store!!! Or only certain items at curbside!

Michelle the manager on shift- amazing person. While having a bit of a struggle to get my meds before leaving town- pharmacy closed at 11, I got there at 10:59 and the gates were closed. I begged and pleaded with the technician, who did nothing nor did he care. The manager stepped right in and asked Robert to please let me get them. I would not have made my trip, without these. Without her, I wouldn't have gotten them. Also thank you for pharmacist Robert, for being willing to allow her to make it work. I felt like you were angry, till you winked at me- which told me, I was Interpreting your words wrong. Thank you guys so much. I was devastated, to miss leaving with my family- so thank you.

Although I understand things are difficult right now, being open when you say you will be is important. The phone, website and digital marquee all stated that although the store was temporarily not 24 hrs the pharmacy drive through was open. I drove all the way there in pain to find out it is closed. 7 other cars around me did the same.
