Walgreens Pharmacy

Went in for something quick and the staff was friendly and helpful.

I have consistently bad experiences with this pharmacy. First of all, they apparently don’t know how to delete an old insurance card. We switched providers from Aetna to Caremark in June 2024, and since then, this Walgreens constantly runs the wrong one and tell me my insurance is no longer active. I always give them the card and they run it through, but then the next time, the exact same thing happens. This has gone on for more than six months. They claim they finally deleted the old one today, and I hope this is true, but I am not optimistic! Lately, they also have had multiple unexpected closings, apparently because they can’t keep staff, and that is very frustrating. Never open when they say they are. Often out of stock on my meds even when I call to ask them and they say they can fill them.

It's okay, they generally have your scripts ready on time. The service can be slow, sometimes it's not them it's the customer. I haven't had any major issues with this location and find it very convenient for me

I feel like no one communicates with me besides their robo call thing which is normally wrong. By the time I can call and ask, my doctors are closed and it's a weekend so I'm out of luck for at the very least 3 days. I get prescriptions just being out of stock happens but no one tells me anything until I find out myself when it's too late. This has happened twice now. Before their system erased my prescription completely (on another weekend) and my doctors had to send it again. I'm just really frustrated. It's been a really bad week and this just makes it worse. Another thing to worry about and wait on.
