Walgreens Pharmacy

You always wait in line to pick up a prescription. When I first arrived, the pharmacy was closed for a lunch break in the afternoon. You would think they would be more customer oriented. When you call in a prescription, it's all AI now and they give a long spiel about flu shots, etc. It's irritating.

In line behind 1 car at noon, pulled up when it was my turn to them pulling the shades and putting a closed for lunch sign out. It was 15 minutes before the sign states. Go to another store get things needed to come back to a hand written closed sign. Meanwhile I have a child waiting on medication that cant be filled until the day she takes her last pill. My suggestion, if you want great customer service from people who actually show compassion to their customers, DO NOT use this pharmacy. If it could be 0 stars, I would give that.

Their main pharmacist Kaitlyn is about the rudest person on earth. I honestly don't know how she even has a license. Complaints to corporate went unanswered. She should be ashamed of the way she treats terminally ill patients and their families.

Had oxycodone and hydrocodone sent over after my surgery and couldn't take it for an extra day after having an open ACL revision. Caused me great pain to where I couldn't get any sleep and haven't even been able to catch up with the pain. Still waiting to be able to receive my hydracodone

Been going here for a while now & they don't seem to care about their customer's well-being! They don't understand how important it is to NEVER suddenly stop certain medications & have been known to refuse to let PATIENTS leave with an RX, rightfully prescribed, by their Dr! There's absolutely NO reason that anyone should have to suffer thru chronic pain & withdrawals, just trying to work & survive, while their medication that they need just sits, filled & untouched for 2 days, in a bag! Seek out a different career if you lack compassion or the knowledge to service people properly! Do better Walgreens! People rely on your competence to function ok!
