Walgreens Pharmacy

I was given information from a pharmacy near my that this pharmacy had the medication I needed in stock. I called the pharmacy to verify and was immediately put on hold before I could even provide the "mg" information. When the representative came back with confusion, I informed her that I didn't give her all the information. I started to spell the name of the medication when when representative interrupted me by saying "I just talked to the pharmacist and we don't have it in stock." I find it interesting they don't have it in stock when they didn't even get all the information on the medication.

Gee I wonder why everyone has a bad experience. Terrible pharmacy. I thought I was doing myself a favor by switching somewhere close to my work. I was WRONG. zero communication, no apologies unless asked, rude as can be, and have to call to see if your script is available even though a doctor called it in? Make it make sense. I think I'll go back to my normal pharmacy because this place is absurd!

This place is garbage! There’s always an issue with prescriptions and no one wants to be bothered. Absolutely rude and disgusting!!

Absolutely terrible place. Never available to pick up prescriptions. The automated system says it is ready but when you get her they don't have it or the are closed!

Reopened as pharmacy only? Wheel chair acces needs inside elevator and help from inside..
