Severely sick and needed to fill my script. The website and sign says they open at 10:00 am to 2:00pm on Saturdays. Phones just rings or on hold. Brookshire’s couldn’t get a hold of any of the pharmacists or technicians. Yall suck really bad.
The staff is friendly, but their hours are not. They close at 5. How is that friendly to those who work? Most of the time it takes 3 days for a prescription to be ready and even when you get the text that it's ready, it isn't. It's the "preferred" pharmacy for my insurance or I'd switch.
Advertised drive through, no such thing at this Walgreens. Walgreens in woodway/waco script $4, here it’s $16, just because they can.
It located inside of Bruckshires. You do you grocery shopping and pick up your medicine at the same time. Win, win.
They NEVER have my medicine ready on time.
