AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Life got away from me so I missed the window to do the survey on my receipt, but I could not skip giving accolades to Kayla in the pharmacy. I like Walgreens pharmacy, they’ve been my choice for years, I even moved most of my husband’s prescriptions to them when we married, but the service on 12/9 went so far over and above that I was in awe. My husband has afib and is on a VERY common med for it. A med that’s price has rocketed up and down from over $700, down to $50ish, back up to $300+, down to $30+ and now to $500+ for 30 days. We did all the necessary paperwork to get it covered with the discount from the brand itself and it all went thru on Oct, but when we went back to refill, it wouldn’t go thru. It was a good experience other than me laying in three items on the counter to run back and get a couple more come to find out the girl ring them up and had a line waiting there and I told her to bring up the other people and she said well I already got you rung up so I had to rush and then on top of that one of the sale items she said isn't on sale when there is clearly a sign there and she charged me full price when I told her I didn't want it if that was the case and she still put it on in the rush I didn't notice till I got home. Listen to the reviews this place sucks they don't know what they are doing. Its been 2 weeks they say is in stock you go in person they dont have it ready. This pharmacy and their employees are a joke

There’s always confusion, mistakes, and missing prescriptions. It feels like they just pulled a few cashiers from the front registers, threw them in lab coats, and called it a day. Completely unprofessional.

I've been having really bad experiences whenever I have to go to this pharmacy. In January I had to update my insurance information even though I've been going to this one for years and wasn't asked to do so last year. In February not only was I priced wrongly for my medication and *should* have a check in at most three months, but I was lied to on when I'd receive a phone call with a given explanation on why my prescription savings card couldn't be used with my insurance. Now tonight I went to them to see about filling a prescription that they've been holding onto since February 27th, and I've been told there's now a delay due to it being out of stock.
