Walgreens Pharmacy

I’ve been to this Walgreens 4 times and only 2/4 was it a good experience. First time I had to correct a lady because an elderly man was trying to get directions to the hospital ( didn’t know how to use google maps ) the lady proceeded to say he needs to learn and she can’t help so I jump in help the guy and ask the lady in the front who she was and if she worked there she said yes so I asked to speak to a manager. Just now I went to go get some medication we went down the hair section and my child pressed the button to get assistance to the items that are locked I go to the front and the lady is walking towards me and I let her know it was my child and I’m sorry while checking out my son is trying to add something to take and my daughter of 1 year sees something I put to the side and tr

Not a 24 hour store opens at 9am nice location and very knowledgeable staff

I just sat in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes to pick up my meds. This is my 3rd visit to this location for pick up. No one is ever available at the drive-thru. I get call after call, text after text to come pick up my meds and when I get there the pharmacist puts the sign up in my face and just yells closed. I'm done with Walgreens. I needed a push to transfer somewhere else, this was it. So disappointing.🫤😡

My son needed his RX for a migraine. They had the renewal and were “still working on it” for 7 hrs, 9 pills? Terrible when one is in pain from a migraine. Horrible customer service, compassion and empathy. Must be “just a job” mentality.

I have never experienced such poor service in my life. I can’t ever get a correct answer or much less get through on the phone. That’s why I always go to Safeway. I had a mix up on my prescription and that’s the only reason I went to Walgreens. Never again.
