I had good experience with picking up meds or vaccinations.

I called in about a prescription my doc sent in so I could confirm the generic manufacturer. Spoke with two people, and the last confirmed they had the brand and it would be about an hour. 24 hours later I check the website because I was never notified my script was filled. The order was cancelled. No call, no nothing. I called in and was told they were back ordered without an ETA. They're unprofessional and incompetent.

They mixed up my prescription and combined 2 different dosages in the same pill bottle. Though they did call a day later to rectify their mistake, I cannot imagine the danger this would pose if it happened to something other than just Ibuprofen. Unacceptable.

I shop here fairly often when in from out of state. 2 days ago had to go there THREE TIMES FOR 1 ALREADY PHONED IN PRESCRIPTION. On second time around, I waited FOR 1 CUSTOMER in front of me about 20 minutes while she repeated her "sob" story over and over again to the clerk who told me there was no one else there to assist me. Really??? there were 5 to 6 others working in the pharmacy!! I found it disgusting as the line continued to grow! This pharnacy would get 0 stars if possible. Awful customer service.

They always seem like you are bothering them. Consistently long wait times. Inconsistent experience. Every time I pick up a prescription theres 50/50 chance they screwed something up. Last time I’m coming here for sure. Too bad the CVS nearby sucks too.
