Walgreens Pharmacy

This is easily the worst pharmacy I've ever had to use. I began using this in order to pick up prescriptions for a family member. The employees hate their job and show it. They have zero customer skills and could care less about putting any effort into their job. I've never had a good experience. It is beyond horrible.

The people were nice. The pharmacist took time to help my husband with poison ivy problem.

The staff here are very kind and helpful and really hustle when there's a line!

Horrible customer service, they lied twice about getting my time sensitive medications ready for m ! Put me on hold for over 20 minutes, hung up on me, then put me on hold again !! Still no medication ready 8 hours later !! Addendum to the above review, while waiting for the Pharmacist for the 4th time on hold, I finally get told the to my amazement my prescriptions were ready !! Those same 2 prescriptions that we’re supposed to be done by 8an, but I was then told at 10am wouldn’t be done til the afternoon ! Nobody in this Pharmacy knows what they are doing ! Get your medication filled as early as you can, because if you need it in the early am like I did, you can forget about them getting it ready. Tried to get my insurance on file 3 times. 1st time I was hung up on. 2nd they said it was filed but that my medication wasn’t covered. 3rd time (in person), they finally got it figured out. I found out that my insurance had actually never been filed, and I had to wait 30 minutes to get them to do it. I will never go back.
