If I could do less than one star, I would. The staff is rude (mainly one lady) and they never refill your perscription the same day it’s in. Consistently they tell you “30 minutes” or “1 hour” and then it will be next day. And then they get annoyed if you go to check on it, because they themselves told you “30 minutes” or “an hour”. Clearly the job isn’t taken seriously here, and they do not care to refill any scrips on time so if you are someone that has serious medication avoid this place at all costs!!!

I waited for about an hour for my prescription. Jennifer attends me and lets me know that she will see if it can be filled today. I then proceed to wait in the waiting area. Jennifer then proceeds to talk loudly to her coworker about 40 min later stating she doesnt know what im waiting for and that i dont speak a lick of english. She then proceeds to “ma’am” me and ask if I was waiting on anything.. I tell her in English because surprisingly im a brown girl that knows how to speak the English language, probably better than her. I let her know what im waiting on… about 10 minutes later, she calls out my name indicating that my prescription is ready. Im about to pay and let her know I have a GoodRx code. No matter what I do I have tried to change this. I do not understand why it will not . I had a canvas print. THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB. I GOT 60% OFF. TY SO MUCH.

They don't refill your meds on time even when insurance allows it, they won't refill and they steal your pain medication. You file a claim and go back next month to find out some people don't work there anymore but they never finished your claim or resolved it in anyway. No one is nice at all. They all look miserable like they are forced to work there. I don't recommend at all.

Worst pharmacy ever. Not only do they put you on hold for over 30 minutes at time. When they do finally answer the phone they are extremely rude and unprofessional. If they don't like their jobs they should just quit. Or in my opinion fire them and hire a new staff that wants to work for a living
