Walgreens Pharmacy

Worst pharmacy around. They are extremely understaffed and very slow. I have called multiple times today and I can hear that someone answers the phone and immediately hangs up. This store should be closed. They’re useless and unprofessional.

This pharmacy is overly taxed after the Walgreens on 84th and Brown Deer closed. The store itself is fine, but the pharmacy often has oversights, doesn't run insurance properly, and doesn't communicate when meds are put of stock...you simply wait and wait until you are fed up and call. Then you dit pn HOLD for long stretches and hope they dont hang up on you before you are up in the queue. I think I'm going to start using the Walgreens in Menomenee Falls; its a little farther, but hopefully ot will save me some frustration in the future. I will say that there is a new Pharmacy Manager as of last week(mid-May 2025), and pethaps he'll implement some positive changes. I spoke with him regarding being charged for covered meds, and he was receptive and fixed the issue right away.

Wish I could give 0 stars.. Very unprofessional. The staff answers the phones with Attitudes. They do alot of huffing and complaining over the phone at how they are busy and can't do something at that moment. I had a lady who was irritated at fixing my insurance coverage on a prescription and she did exactly all of these things and told me to give her time to fix but never handled the situation after she hung up. It wasnt my fault they were trying to bill my 5 year olds prescription to some workers comp that never existed under my name. Smdh. Wrong people working in the wrong field!

Wow. This site had the vaccines ready to go, and I scheduled my appointment and got my first shot here. The folks were friendly, and the tech did a great job handling the group of people. Thank God for the people doing this, and the man who gave me my shot was extremely professional and patient.

Pharmacy is super unorganized. Under staffed. The 3 times I've been here had to wait at least 30 minutes for a simpe pick up. The staff was searching for the prescription each time. They just have mounds of bags and no organization
