Walgreens Pharmacy

Not a good look when your prescription gets postponed for 3 days. Not to mention the absolutely rude and condescending pharmacist who asked "are your texts not working" when I called to get an update on my prescription. Do yourself a favor and have your prescription sent to Publix. Not even worth the time of day with this place.

The pharmacist change prescriptions as if they are the prescribing doctor. They give out misinformation. They do not follow written scripts and if they are unsure about the prescription, they just do whatever they want and do not contact to clarify with the PRESCRIBING DOCTOR. Their negligence is going to kill a patient!

I just have to share the amazing experience I had speaking with Bella, from the Pharmacy, on the phone. It's quite a skill to provide all the requested information in a tone so snide and condescending that the customer feels the need to apologize for even asking. Walgreens Pharmacy should be proud to have snatched up such a prize employee before she took a job with the DMV or a debt collection agency. Kudos to you! If only my prescriptions had been transferred to Publix last week, when I went through the steps with both places to make the change, I would have missed out on this singular exchange. Isn't it interesting how life works sometimes?

I hope this Walgreens is not representative of Walgreens across the country, because if it is, they are doomed. Tomorrow will be two weeks ago I had a prescription called in and it's still not filled. I called last Friday to see what was going on and was told it was in process and should be ready to pick up by the end of the day. Never happened. Could not check on it over the weekend because the pharmacy is closed on the weekends. Called yesterday morning (Monday) and was told it would be ready by yesterday afternoon. Never happened. Called this morning and was told they would get right on it and it would be ready in a few minutes. Still waiting two hours later. Guess I'll go by sometime this afternoon and see if I can get the prescription filled while I wait. Won't be using Walgreens agai

Probably the worst pharmacy that I've ever used! They send emails to inform you that your scripts are ready to pick up, you sit behind a long line of cars, only to be told that your items aren't ready! Then you're told to come back in 45 minutes! The employees are polite, but....
