Walgreens Pharmacy

Went there tonight to pick up medication my doctor ordered. When the pharmacist tech pulled an old prescription of mine & made a comment to another tech about my old prescription still being in the bin (which I didn’t pick up yet bc I was waiting for ALL my prescriptions to be filled so I don’t have to pick up my medications next month on multiple days) & handed the meds to her which then she made a comment saying “shes always on a wait list, i don’t even think I’ve ever met her, if she don’t want her medication then don’t get it filled” not know the prescription was mine. So I confronted her & she then said “no we wasn’t talking about you, we were talking about another patient”. Completely unprofessional behavior. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years & 9/10 times it’s always been a goo

Left on hold for 40 mins. The line was picked up and returned to hold without anyone saying anything at least 8-10 times. My call would've taken less than 5 minutes of their time if they actually answered, instead of returning me back to hold. The time then ran into their lunch break, leading the phone to ring through until it hung up. It would have been a small courtesy to answer the phone and let me know if they were unable to help me or overwhelmed. I'm going to have to switch to a different pharmacy as they clearly could not care less about proper customer service. Which is scary when you're trying to get your medications.

If I could give a negative 5 I would. This Walgreens has given us the wrong medication 3 times!!! The 1st time- chalked up as human error. But the 2nd time was just a couple days ago. 2 times same customer not human error. I emailed corporate and I also recorded the conversation with the manager and pharmacist and can you believe they gave the wrong medication AGAIN today- just a couple days after giving us the wrong medication. You can’t make this crap up. Then on top of it the medication was supposed to be ready a couple days ago. We went up there this morning and of course not ready. Went back for it and stood there for at least 10 minutes ringing the bell to be ignored. Made vax appt for 9:30, got there at 9:15 as requested and waited until 9:55 before leaving. Pharmacy had the audacity to call the minute I left and say that “I checked in but didn’t let nobody know” - what’s the point of checking in with the Qr code? Sign doesn’t say to let pharmacist know you’ve arrived. Complete waste of my time.

This pharmacy has the worst staff. I requested a transfer of one of my prescriptions from another pharmacy to this store, and the pharmacist's response was appalling. He said, 'I'm not going to spend my whole time on that as I have other patients to take care of, and my time is important.' This attitude is unacceptable. My health is more important, and it's not right to neglect one patient for the sake of others. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Rite Aid was far more better than this but it’s sad that it got closed and they send all my prescriptions to this pharmacy.
