Walgreens Pharmacy

I am a local and have been using this pharmacy for over 10 years. They have always had my best interest in mind. I thank these hard working kind people every month. Thank you all for being kind and knowledgeable everytime.

Every time I need to have a prescription filled it is never ready always have to make multiple trips back to the store for pick up because of the slow service. Also not the best at customer service skills. Not happy at all and currently looking for a new pharmacy.

You get notified that your prescription is ready. You get there, wait 30 plus minutes in line and they don't have your prescription ready. You are told to come back later. You try again the next day but the line is too long and not moving. You go back again and they've put your prescription back so u have to start all over.

These people shouldn’t be in charge of flintstone vitamins! Once you get past the artificial intelligence that is horribly unintelligent, you get to speak with a human version. No work ethic, no care for the public health, probably no drug testing for the people who are in charge of drugs! Useless.

I was on hold with them yesterday for 1 hour and 54 minutes before being disconnected. My daughter and daughter in law were also trying to get ahold of them on my behalf. My daughter was put on hold and disconnected 3 times. My daughter in law was just kept on hold. Nine of us ever got through to a live person. They should have to be held to a standard of professionalism. Last month it took them 7 1/2 hours to fill a script. It's sad the way they conduct business.
