Walgreens Pharmacy

Absolutely terrible service. I have had two sick kids this week that I had to get a prescription for and both times, two different people, the pharmacist was very rude and was resentful toward me for having to do their job. I always try to be respectful especially since I can understand understaffing and how stressful it probably is dealing with sick people and insurance. However if you can’t handle that stress find a new job. I do not recommend this pharmacy in any way.

Due to the closure of Rote aid last summer I have yet to get Rx sent to Safeway due to Walgreens is not accept my insurance Safeway has sent request 3 times I’ve called 3x dr will not issuer new Rx as they have not been filled yet! Duh I can’t get them filled hence the issue. It’s just a crock of you know what!

I would say if u can use a different pharmacy . The staff don't seem to care for there jobs at all. Maybe they are overworked I'm not sure .

Expect to have to actively follow up on most of your prescriptions to avoid running out. Never had this issue with Rite Aid, not nearly to this extent. I am now in the process of transferring most, if not all, of my prescriptions to Costco Mail Order.

I literally was on hold for 49 minutes with one caller ahead of me during that time. You can’t tell me someone could have just spoken to me for a second to see if they had a medically necessary prescription in stock. I called Safeway pharmacy in Poulsbo and they answered in 1 min. It is shameful that I never got to talk to someone in 49 minutes.
