Walgreens Pharmacy

I went to the Walgreens at 418 Quincy Ave in Quincy to return an item using my digital receipt and despite having a legitimate receipt, I was asked for a photo ID. When I asked why I needed to show an ID when I had a receipt, (which he scanned using the QR code on the receipt and the purchase appeared on his screen btw), I was told that people commit fraud so he needed proof! A Walgreens digital receipt that matched the product and verified on the cashier’s screen isn’t proof? If you don’t mind being treated like a possible thief in the remote chance that you need to return an item with a valid receipt then shop at Walgreens.

Not sure how, but someone went into the store and had my information and took 600 dollars out of my bank account. Called them and asked if they could check the cameras, I have the time they withdrew it...Simple. They told me they cannot check the cameras. (Bullshit) Anywhere you work you can check the cameras with or without the police. There is a scam running out of this store.

Worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. Unless you like long lines and wait times go somewhere else

I came here once with prescription troubles and a mfg coupon for my medication that wasn’t working for some reason and the pharmacist spent an hour and a half on the phone troubleshooting for me even though it was a little busy. I was having a horrible day and I’ll never forget her persistence and kindness.

I was told on Friday 6/27 to pick up my meds on Monday 6/30 but I figure I’ll give them an extra day with the ordering and stocking the shelves, I go to pick up meds only to realize that I had to wait an hour and the meds was WRONG quantity I’ve been going to this pharmacy in Braintree #17228 for over 3 yrs now and been getting this type of medication for 18 months with no problems, the pharmacist is blaming my prescriber and try prescriber is saying that’s not how the prescription was written…the quantity is 2040 and this pharmacist [Man] that they won’t give me his name only wants to give me QTY-1530 from our calculations this pharmacy owes me 510 grams but won’t disburse it to me saying that my prescriber needs to write a new script so they can start all over!
