Walgreens Pharmacy

Just awful. This pharmacy is just so hit or miss. They lie and say they will have your prescription ready at a certain time and day and then when you come back, all of a sudden they don't have it anymore. It is out of stock. And I can see that with some prescriptions, but not certain ones. This is a constant issue especially as of late. And regardless of the orignal refill date, they wont allow you to pick up the next prescription unless 30 days of pass. Regardless of it being their fault. How am I supposed to be consistent with my medication if they dont keep on top of their orders? Mine are scheduled 3 month periods so plenty of time to order for what I need, a reoccuring customer. Plus, the inconsistentcy is messing with my body. No, thank you. And on top of that there is one of them th

I've been coming to this pharmacy for years but in the past year it has been going downhill. I routinely receive emails that my order is ready and I drive out only to be told that the order hasn't been started. The pharmacist tells me they don't know how it happened so I started calling only for them to tell me it's ready and I arrive to it not being started. Recently I'll call and they'll give the green light only for the rep. to tell me the item isn't even in stock. Currently, I am on my fourth trip to the store and each time they've told me that it'll be ready the next day and that they need to order it.

Can't quite put a finger on why this Walgreens location is not as appealing as other locations. Nothing wrong with it, I'm just kind of "meh" when I have to choose if I want to visit or not.

I placed an online order for same day printing. I had 2 options of when to pick up. I selected the first option to pick up after 1:19pm. I waited until almost 2pm to stop in and the order was not ready. They had a very careless attitude and I was told "we'll get to it when we get to it. Could be 30 minutes, could be a couple hours." The email that I received does not say that I need to wait for other emails. Lady is the store says something totally different. When you're on a schedule to get things done, don't come here. You could be waiting who knows how long.

Pharmacy in La Quinta closed. Went to Bermuda Dunes Walgreens and the pharmacy staff went over and beyond my expectations. They were swamped with people coming from La Quinta and professionally worked through the heavy workload and filled my RX within the 30 minutes promised. Even went as far as to come and get the names of those waiting to ensure filling was expedited. Definitely hero’s in my book!
