Horrible pharmacy always losing prescription. It’s always not ready. They always tell you to come back my 10 month old had allergic reaction and needed this antibiotic and earache. I turned the prescription in at nine. I came back at 11 wasn’t ready. Came back at one wasn’t ready came back at six. It wasn’t ready came back at eight and they said they can’t find it wasn’t ready and I need to get out the drive-through. I said I’m not going nowhere because I’ve been here so many times you guys told me to come back in 15 minutes come back come back so a tall Caucasian lady gets on the phone and says I need to move and I said no I need my son‘s medicine so they just put anything. It seems like in this bottle didn’t fill it up like it’s supposed to. It’s supposed to be 4.5 ML by mouth on day one

Worst customer service. They closed the drive through .forced to get down as if being sick isn't enough the line to pick up inside was worse . Came in early Monday morning to drop off a prescription and its still not ready. Its Thursday! Called to ask statues on prescription and the girl who picked up transfered as soon as I finished the date of Birth. Infinit ring after no answer . Worse staff . We also scheduled for flu vaccines came in later and they said they couldn't give the vaccine due to insurance. The pharmacist who checked us in had the longest nails and you could see all the dirt collected in her nails 🤢🤢🤢🤢.

If I could rate 0 I would. Every month there is an issue filling prescriptions and every month there is a different excuse. I was even told today that the Walgreens app is lying about my prescription being on auto fill? It says it is and they say it’s not. Wow. How is that even possible!!? I think they took on too much after one of their competitors went out of business and they just don’t want to admit to defeat. So sad. Looking for a new pharmacy!

I read all their nasty reviews about this Pharmacy but still chose to go with it. I'm a person that has to experience something for myself before I believe it. Well very small part of it is true but I don't even know if it's really their fault! I've had no problem with the staff. They have been very kind to me each time I've gone in there. Believe me I have a very difficult account to understand and to manage. I travel and have to move around my home every 2 to 3 weeks because we live in a travel trailer. So they have to do work to see where I was at prior to and verify where I picked up my medication to make sure I'm not a "frequent shopper". The only difficulty I've had is with using the online app which is not ordering my medications. I can't blame that on the individual Pharmacy. It's

My first time using them since RiteAid closed. So disappointed and frustrated with this pharmacy. My Dr called in pain meds and antibiotics and never got notified if they were ready for pick up. Waited 5 hours and then they closed!
