If I could give zero stars and leave a review I would have. They simply don't fill prescriptions and they don't like having customers.
Went to the one hour photo. Alyssa the manager spoke to me. Rude. Call me honey. We ordered the pictures for pick up that were late to begin with by hours and she blamed it on a machine. Don't believe it. They were supposed to be adhesive and they weren't. No big deal, but then they say they can't get it done between 6:30 and 9:00? AND we have to return the old ones despite clearly paying extra for stick on photos and not getting them. This isn't the first bad experience there. FIND NEW STAFF! Clearly the 2 star review this Walgreens holds on google is generous.
Barneveld Walgreens is great. With Rome Walgreens was 😞
Staff is so awesome helpful and understanding. And also whomever answered the phone today in pharmacy was so upbeat and nice I have a huge smile on my face right now. Thank you!!!
Pharmacy workers were very slow and non-helpful, seemed to not know what they were doing… Would NOT recommend.
