Walgreens Pharmacy

Worst pharmacy, never have my prescription or only have half. Dont call are text when ready either . Have automatic refills that are never filled until I call . Horrible

This is the worse pharmacy I have ever dealt with. If I could give 0 stars I would. Slow and unprofessional. No help at all from anyone. Rude. Im switching to a different one. Stay away.

Extremely unprofessional. I couldn’t even get her name, but she was a Pharm Tech who refused to let me know she was placing me on hold, would put me on hold while I was talking, and then they refused to even answer a simple question. I just would like to communicate and get our family’s medicine without the really bad attitudes by them. They’re condescending and act like they have never heard of being professional. I’m pretty shocked and frustrated with how bad it really is having to deal with them.

They used the wrong insurance twice, causing me to have a lapse in my medication between each refill. Just use the Gosford one, at least they're open longer and you'll be able to talk to them in time to fix any errors. This pharmacy is awful if you have prescriptions you need to take regularly.

Why does every Walgreens in town have different hours? This location closes early on Fridays and is closed on Sundays...are you serious?? First time here I had to play phone tag between Walgreens and my doctor's office. 2 Prescriptions were faxed over (confirmed with the office twice) but the pharmacy tech couldn't find it. My doctor's office had to call Walgreens and send it over again. Overheard another customer complaining about the same issue. Ended up with only 1 prescription and not the other for some reason. A week later, I choose the drive thru to pick up another prescription and the staff is moving at a snails pace. No one in line yet I waited at the window for over 20 minutes. RIDICULOUS!
