Walgreens Pharmacy

I have literally never had anything work out perfectly from this pharmacy. They either don't get the prescription order or they do and don't realize it, or they get one but not all, and then whatever they do end up getting, they text you saying it's ready when it really isn't. All of their communications abilities are terrible.

The worst customer service of all time I went to go pick up a prescription That was filled when the cashier was ringing me up. She told me it was a much higher price than I normally pay. I found out that my prior authorization had not been sent over from my doctor so I told him that I would come back the next day to get it picked up with the prior authorization so I wasn’t paying such a high price.When my prior authorization was sent over and I confirmed my prescription was now adjusted with the new cost. I went to pick it up at 3:40 PM and waited in line for over 30 minutes. They are severely understaffed and it wasn’t even a rush hour time when I got to the front of the linethey told me they had put the medication back on the shelf. And we’re going to have to try and refill it they told

Don't take chances, use another pharmacy and be thankful. This pharmacy has lost my prescriptions, changed my prescription to a different medication when they didn't have my prescribed medication in stock, (multiple times) claimed to order out of stock medications, only to be told they were never ordered when I tried to pick them up. Save yourself the hassle, go somewhere else.

Environmental friendly, Pharmacy staff greets me every time. Great customer service. Keep up the great works

The woman working in the pharmacy, Latrice, is a terrible representation of The Walgreens Pharmacy. She was unprofessional, difficult to work with, and made me feel as if I was inconveniencing her. Unfortunately, I will still patronize this store for this visit but I will not return.
