Walgreens Pharmacy at

I get a different response every time I speak to someone. Blaming someone different. Finding the adult in the room is quite a challenge. Hopefully you get a different experience than I have. Beyond frustrating. Done.

All staff on hand worked together as a team to try and get our health insurance to release a perscription. Unfortunately the Pharmacy has to deal with the same BS insurance customer service phone experience we all do. After 2 hours of insurance help line repeating "oh, you are the pharmacy calling! I can't help you, I'm customer service. You have to call xxx for help." No kidding, every call was the same. Walgreens' staff stayed after hours and found discounts for the perscription at 1/3 the price insurance demanded. Thank you Walgreens #21204!

The 2 staff members with whom I spoke over the phone were very polite.  This prescription-only pharmacy is NOT located in the Brownwood Village Square, but it is actually housed inside the Center for Advanced Healthcare at Brownwood, just a few blocks to the west of the Brownwood Village Square.

Associates are very easy to talk to and are very patient while listening to your questions I recommend anytime

The staff is out of this world. I refuse any other Walgreens. Thank you everyone.
