Walgreens Pharmacy at Robert Wood Johnson University Hosp

As disabled military veteran and LGBTQ member I would not recommend this pharmacy. I came in waited one pharmacist said they didn’t have medication in and my doctors office said they did, I spoke another pharmacist who also said didn’t have yet doctors office when I called kept saying they did. I walked 5 minutes home saw email doctor sent proving it in called them and they said it’s in whole time, very unprofessional I think children they employ play games with customers if they dislike you personally very sad unfortunately especially because I have one leg so going back n forth hard for me

My experience with this pharmacy is great, I have been coming here since 2015 and all the staff have been helpful. If, any of the staff can't answer my questions they refer to someone who can. Whenever, there's an issue they work hard to fix it. When they are busy you have to be patient and they will continue to help you. I will continue to come to this pharmacy because there's no reason not too! Thanks to all the staff you have all been great to me and I am happy to be alive❤️

I filled my prescription here before the first time the service was nice these new people are mean…now their giving me a hard time I believe because IM African-American …I explained how hard it is for me to get a new prescription they did not care I reported them to corporate Roberto Paul didn’t wanna help me at all…I would not recommend this place on top of that last time i used them I didn’t receive my full script ain’t its rules and regulations to that….i will let everyone i know go elsewhere where if u can

I have had nothing but excellent service from all the pharmacists at the RWJ location. There are very few places that will compound medicine in the area, and those that do their compounds keep for half the time and they don't accept insurance. It is worth the drive to get these Rx filled at this location. And with up to 1 hr free parking in the deck, it's not as much of a hassle as you might think. The customer service is great, too. The staff is usually extremely helpful and I just had to post and show my appreciation. Pharmacy work can be a thankless job, especially when you are medically trained and working a retail job.

It's always an issue there. They are not transparent with their customers. I have been on a certain medication for a year, and it does not go through the insurance. Every time I go for the meds, it's not prepared because they try to put it through the insurance. The only good and respectful person there is the Caucasian male pharmacist a bit on the heavy side, he is very helpful.
