Walgreens Pharmacy at Providence Community Health Center

Tell you it’s ready then send message saying it’s not ready. We will call you when it is ready. KEEP CALLING BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU BACK! They act like it’s first come first serve. In person I have always had nothing but professionalism from staff. However I have gotten plenty of attitude from a young man on the phone on more than one occasion. Js

A lot of stuff is locked up but I think that is more due for fat theft than anything else. Kind of sad staff was good but some of the products that they usually carry were either not on the shelf or not in stock

They don't care about clients, Melvin was rude and he didn't even try to help. After 1 hour waiting he sent me to talk to the doctor. I talked to the doctor and she said it was sent 1 hour ago.. I came back to the pharmacy and he said "I have no clue about your prescription and I cannot contact the doctor.. you can wait today or come back tomorrow actually there is no warranty".. so I was feeling bad and his behavior made me feel worse after waiting 2 hours without response

It's a small Walgreens and I get that they are abnormally busy being the only pharmacy to take state insurance. However, every single time I call they have the most unprofessional attitude. They act like I'm personally bothering them just by calling to ask a simple question. And god forbid you ask for clarification. The guy literally huffed and sighed like I was an idiot for asking and then couldn't get me off the phone fast enough. I hate that I have to go to this branch. If your gonna be that miserable, work somewhere else. And if you can, go to a different Walgreens.
