Walgreens Pharmacy at Presbyterian Hospital

This pharmacy placed my script under the wrong name. Even when they knew they made the mistake it was not corrected leaving me with mixed messaging on if my meds were ready. These are fertility meds and have to be taken in a very specific time frame. I then asked for receipt so I can submit for reimbursement since it can’t be billed under my own insurance and they keep saying a manager will call me. None of that has happened. This med is also still listed under someone else’s information with the same birthday.

Very rude. Not sure about the other pharmacists but the man that helped me (I think his name was David, he had his name tag covered so I couldn’t see it) had such a bad attitude. He seemed like he hated his job and when I asked a question he straight up told me “ I wasn’t telling, I was asking you”. I came on 4/24 and the time is currently 1230.

I checked in for a vaccine 6 minutes before my appointment, and waited for 35 minutes. In the meantime they took a walk in before me, super unprofessional.

Wide friendly and their staff was able to help me find what I wanted.

If possible, do not use this pharmacy. Staff is completely confused. Worst pharmacy ever!
