Walgreens Pharmacy at McLaren Bay Region Hospital

They don't call or text you like ever. I've verified my phone number with them. Got a refill, they won't text you. Got to wait for a script, they won't let you know when it's ready. You have to manually call them. No being antisocial here. Love Walgreens tho

Screwed up my prescription and gave me an outdated prescription. When I initially brought this to their attention Walgreens admitted their mistake and told me they would straight it out and call me back. A week later I called them back because they never called. They said they couldn't do anything because of my insurance. Leaving me with an insufficient amount of medication. This is a pharmacy that lacks attention to detail and does not take the time or care to make sure they are getting prescriptions correct. Thankfully my medication is not life saving or dangerous, but they are now suspect and can not be trusted to be diligent in their process. If you get your prescriptions here you are literally risking your life. Go somewhere else

Unorganized, rude, unprofessional, and judgmental pharmacy best to be avoided. There are so many good pharmacies in Bay City to patronize this location.

Always have what I need and the customer service is top notch

Walgreens is usually pretty good
