Walgreens Pharmacy at Howard University Hospital

Got automated messages that my meds were ready for pickup on the 5th. Again starting on the 6th from 9a.m. all day. I get there at 3:50 p.m. on the 6th and the stuff isn't ready. Now I'm sitting here waiting for over 30 minutes at this point and the girl behind the counter keeps smiling as if somethings funny.

The individuals here are often unprofessional and lack any customer support services needed for this position.

Their pharmacy is disorganized. The rest of the store is great.

Plus she is extremely rude to ppt who came there this not acceptable from Walgreens service.

One of the receptionists was very rude towards me when I asked her a question about my medication I asked her how many mintues will I have to wait and she said go by what I told you in the beginning. Rude and unprofessional.
