The assistance that I received from Danielle, the Pharmacist, as well as Tig and Merci, was absolutely outstanding. I was picking up medication that my baby needs for a severe health condition, and there was an issue with the Medicaid info and transferability. Instead of disregarding the Medicaid complication, as had already happened to me at two other pharmacies, these amazing professionals were committed to finding a solution, and even stayed late to help figure out a plan forward. I cannot sufficiently express how they went above and beyond. THANK YOU.
Lack of paying attention could have killed my daughter had my lady not caught the error they made on my 1 year old daughters seizure medication. Check your prescriptions because they gave my daughter a 10mg emergency medication when it clearly says on the paper work it should have been a 7.5mg dose. 10 mg could have been fatal to my 1 year old. They think because they hurried up and sent me more medication that this problem is solved. I promise this isn’t finished here.
I’ve only had positive experiences at this pharmacy. The technicians and pharmacists are always professional, speedy and medication has been correct every time. I always choose to send my medications here.
Very small Pharmacy inside Hospital.... mainly for prescription medication . Underground parking is $ 1 for the first 45 minutes or free with validation .
Best of luck to you if you get stuck needing a medication and go here. You’ll likely be told your medication is ready and then it won’t be. You’ll show up hopeful and then they’ll tell you it’s not ready and will be a couple hours to a couple of days. Does it matter the medication is a life-saving medication for your child? Nope! Not a lot in life is guaranteed, but it is an absolutely guarantee that the more your kid needs a medicine, the less likely they are to care or have it ready when they say it’s ready.
