Walgreens Pharmacy

Supporting staff at this pharmacy is incompetent. The head pharmacist is great. Otherwise, every month, when I ask for the refill on the one prescription I’ve been getting here for a year through the same insurance, they put in in wrong and it is rejected. I get no notifications (yes I’m signed up for them) and have to call them back to sort it out. Ever time. Today the woman on the phone was rude and would not even look up the issue just said the med was rejected by insurance. I am good at advocating for myself so I managed to convince her to do it eventually. Sure enough, once again, the Walgreens staff member who put through the original request had put it in wrong. Hours on google and Walgreens website are wrong and this pharmacy location is closed on both Saturday and Sunday.

Great new Walgreens that replaced the old Rote Aid. Everything transitioned well and looks so much better. Great prices and same friendly staff. The pharmacy has my prescriptions still and was no hassle to refill. Great parking and excellent location.

Too much 🐂🐂🐂💩💩💩 with the covid vaccines. Set app online. HELLO!!!!! ITS A PHARMACY. seems more like a convenient store and pharmacy becomes a secondary name. Just another way to justify pure laziness. Other places outside supermarkets, small chain pharmacies provide de vaccines without 🐂🐂🐂🐂💩. Go in, SHOW CERTIFICATE, SIGN. DONE!! PHARMACY CLOSES EARLY. AFTER THAT, ITS JUST LIKE A CONVENIENT STORE.
