Absolute rudest woman I've spoken to over the phone. She had painfully loud background noise, and then dismissed me when I asked her about it. Then snapped at me and hung up.

Excellent customer service received from the pharmacy staff and cashiers. The staff here are always helpful and friendly. I happened to witness the Oscar Meyer Hot Dog vehicle driving by the front of the Walgreens Pharmacy store on one of my many visits here.

The Hispanic girl with the bleach blonde hair had told me 10 to 15 minutes that they were still working on it after that she went to sit on her desk for a whole 30 minutes meanwhile they kept on taking customers and giving them their medication while I was there for 30 mins yet nobody addressed me to ask about my prescription. Yes I understand they get busy. But if you see someone that's been there for 30 minutes you should at least ask to double-check the name of the prescription. I will be calling corporate and probably look for legal counsel into possible discrimination.

I had to the drive-through to pick up my prescription, and the pharmacist comes over to speak with me. He asked me to confirm which medication I was getting and I did that after telling him which one I’m getting he asked me when was the last time I took a dose, I answered his question. He then can goes on to tell me that he is asking because there is another one in the system that my insurance hasn’t approved. He then advises me to stick to one medication as if I have a choice of which medication my doctors prescribing me, or my insurance will approve. Quite condescending and insensitive for someone to say that to me when I’ve been out of my medication for an extended period of time.

They had the item I was looking for. Filled my request and offered curbside pick up. Quick service. Thank you.
