Walgreens

Terrible service. I sat on hold 3x for 35 min each time and then hung up. When I finally got through, they hung up on me immediately!! My prescription has been “under pharmacist review” for 3 days now (which I’m guessing means they are out of stock per usual). The staff is incredibly rude as well. Will be transferring all of our meds to Kroger in Washington.

For some reason I thought this pharmacy dispensed prescription medications but I am very wrong. They don’t answer their phone and no matter how hard I try I cannot get my prescriptions filled. The status just says “received” and has remained that way for over 24 hours. It was supposed to be ready yesterday. Apparently this location is just an over the counter drug store. Horrible customer service to top it off. Will be switching to Walmart.

The lady was very kind and willing to help me find a 2032 battery. She stopped what she was doing without attitude and walked me to the product. Great customer service at 7:30 am on a Sunday morning.

Today yet again I had problems with my Rx. I spoke to a person Wednesday night because I've had so much trouble. He said it was taken care of. I went today to get it. Nothing. I told them I'm done and will get my doctor to send my prescriptions somewhere else. I hope my inhaler last me till then.

I have waited on hold for the pharmacy for over 30 minutes. Now it rings every few minutes and someone puts me on hold, repeatedly without saying a word. It is rude and I am just fed up with Walgreens. I have to call now to ask them to fill a prescription that I already requested.
