The woman at the register who’s name I can’t remember. Was elderly Sheila I believe. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Management should be ashamed of how she treated customers. I run a team of 6 individuals and would be embarrassed if they acted like her. Sighing between transactions because she hates her job. And even making a comment of a Latino family leaving a toy at the counter stating “I don’t know why they are the ones who always leave things. Just put them back” she should be ashamed of herself. And if she doesn’t like her job. Then maybe it’s time to retire and move on from a customer service job.

I really like the Walgreen’s in Palm Springs Vista Chino. Associates always friendly + helpful. Good prices + senior discount first Tuesday of the month!

I have had issues with billing lately and Diana was very professional and patient. She was dedicated to getting it resolved by calling my insurance and working hard on her end to get it processed correctly. I really appreciate your time, effort and understanding! Thank you!!!

The worst customer service in Palm Springs! I will never shop there again!

Sheila the cashier, has had a real attitude working here for years. But other than her the store is OK. She seriously shouldn't be working in a customer service environment. Maybe she should drive a train, or do landscaping where all you have to do is rake sand or cut grass! That way she won't have to deal with hundreds of customers rudely every day.
