On Tuesday, 10/21 around 11pm the pharmacist working overnight made a huge difference for my boyfriend and I that night. His tooth pain was getting bad and her professional, efficient, friendly help was clearly rooted in empathy for his pain and helped a ton. Thank you!!!

This Walgreens store in Muskegon Michigan is very organized and clean. The folks are very nice that work there and the items I want are available. He also have a rewards program where we can apply to our final purchases at a discount.

My prescription was delayed but I did not know until I got off work at 7pm. I go there to get it because I am OUT OF MY MEDICATION. And I got lectured about how they are very busy and and I should have called earlier and they will get to it tonight if they can??? Like what? AND it wasn’t even delayed. They just had not ran it. They got it early in the day. I get they are understaffed and under supported but it was uncalled for.

They don't send you any notifications when your prescription is filled. I've been without my medication for a few days. So when it finally called my doctor they said it had been called in a week ago. So now every month I run out of my prescriptioon for a week, because walgreens messed up and never notified me. Walgreens I would be very recommend to anybody. They have no clue on what they're doing in the pharmacy, plus some of the workers are very rude.
