⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Poor Return Experience I had a very disappointing experience at this Walgreens while trying to return multiple items I had purchased. Instead of a simple, scanner-based return (which should be standard in this day and age), the employee made us manually inspect each individual item, locate the barcode number ourselves, and read it out to her. This unnecessary process took over 30 minutes. To make matters worse, both the employee and the manager were visibly making faces and repeatedly questioning why we were returning the items. This felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. If returns are such an issue, Walgreens should clearly state that in their policy. It’s ironic that there’s no hesitation charging $40 for four passport photos, but suddenly returns become a problem. Cu

I love Walgreens. But man their pharmacy takes too long. I called and asked when it will be ready and she said it will be like in an hour. I got there a little over an hour. Still wasn't ready and she said they'll text me when it's ready. So I just left back home. I don't think they're really organized but they had like five people working back there. And this is the third time it's happened. Not just once. I'm kind of over it honestly lol

Every time I come to the pharmacy it takes at least an hour if not longer it’s so time consuming that I always pay extra for delivery but unfortunately not all can be delivered. The absolute only reason I come here still be because I live a minute away. But I wish Lathrop would open another pharmacy so we had an option. The outside has cars around the corner at least 13 and the inside line to the pharmacy has 16 people. At what point do you get more help? I hate coming here so much if you haven’t gathered that.

Well like everyone is writing if I had a option will never have them as my pharmacy. Its been 5 yrs they have been same there is always some one new in there seems like either its training center or just Noone cares.

The girls that work at the pharmacy are so slow paced they take forever to attend to the long lines both inside and outside, dont recommend it hereeee.. there was like 4 of them last time i went and only 1 helping the guests the rest were walking around back and forth putting prescriptions away like if they didnt see huge line people waiting 🤷🏽‍♀️
