With all the closures of pharmacies in Hollister w the team led by Akran along with Alberto Lola and rest make it a pleasant experience so please be patient when your prescription takes a little longer with many new residents and fewer pharmacies this Walgreens does an excellent job Be kind to them buy them a Red Bull every now and then. Kindness to your pharmacist goes a long way.

The pharmacy and lab are always pleasant experiences. However the store and its cashiers have never been anything but rude. Had a cashier give me attitude and tell me whatever when she couldn’t even answer my question. I asked if they had FedEx envelopes because they have a FedEx onsite. Instead of saying no and that I could purchase one she just said yes and told me whatever aisle to find it. My girls and I were just in a bad car accident and I am still in a lot of pain and walking is uncomfortable. After walking across the store to only find regular envelopes I walked all the way back to confirm they did NOT have FedEx envelopes. This is by far the worst Walgreens experience I’ve had. I waited in the drive-thru line for 50 minutes, which is completely unacceptable. When I finally reached the window, a male employee came to the computer. I politely said hello and asked how much longer the wait would be, but he only said “hi” and did not answer my question at all. On top of that, they could not find my prescription. I explained that I had received a call stating it was ready, and he responded that he did not see it in the system. I then asked if I had just waited in line for 50 minutes for nothing and if prescriptions were being called in randomly. His response was that he didn’t know what happened with the system, and only then did my prescription suddenly “pop up.” There was no clear explanation, no apology, and

Every time I get a prescription they say they don’t have it I call montage they say it was called in 2 or 3 days ago then I call Walgreens then they find it. I was in the drive thru for two hrs a few weeks ago because they misplaced the prescription she kept asking me to park in front and I would get back in line. Today one of the recorders says they are closed tomorrow and the other days open 7 to 11 I need the pills for tomorrow. So I will have to drive into town and wait in the drive thru

This entire place is a mess. Prescriptions never ready when you’re told they are. Photo or document prints are never ready when you’re told they’ll be ready. Some staff members are kind and helpful, others are rude and no help whatsoever. Same cashiers that work the registers also handle the prints so wait times get ridiculous. Every time I come to pick up a print I wait 10+ minutes, same for medication. Sometimes there is literally ONE cashier dealing with the checkout lines and the photo section. If your print isn’t ready (even though you were told when you ordered that they offer same day pickup) they will have you move from the main line and then just leave you standing in front of the photo counter forever while they attend to everyone who shows up after you.
