The cashier (Youssef) at this location during the time of my receipt was rude. Jo customer service skills at all and how did he get this job idk but he scanned my items then stated “your good” I asked could I get a bag, he grabs a bags opens it so I can put my own items in the bag. Lord bless this child. Not even worth the time. In agreement with Kahina Ayaden who mentioned this same person as well. Smh he definitely needs some customer service LinkedIn courses.

This pharmacy tech - chase.. or Charles I am not sure… is the most rudest person I have ever met. He never alllws me to wait for my medication and there are times I am in desperate need. A lady name Jamie work her , she was at the cash register and then one of the customer after the customer pay for everything she purchased. I found an item on the website for 499, in the store. It rang up as 1299. I show the sales representative named Renée the app, she tells me “get your phone out of my face” Very bad attitude will not be shopping here anymore until she is no longer working there. I tried ordering banner vinyl and they first forgot to add the holes to it. After I went back for them to add it I requested 4 holes on the corners because it was a vertical banner. After I got them back there was six holes. I called back asking if they could reprint them. The guy kindly agreed. I got a call back 5 minutes later from “Donna” who claimed I messed up and that all their banners came with 6 holes I explained that vertical regardless shows 4 holes online and she said no.
