I have given this pharmacy so many chances and after how they treated my husband today, I'm done. My insurance demands that I get a 3-month supply of my medication as that is how it's covered. It's been over a year and every time I go for a refill they are out of stock so I do my best to order early so they have time to get it in stock. I get a headache every 3 months because they always tell me they're out of stock so I wait and then on the day that I'm expected to pick it up they only give me a one month supply or give me the runaround. The staff there never checks with your insurance. I make sure to do the work and follow up with the pharmacy each time wasting my hours doing something that is part of their job description. Regardless, I finally made the decision to switch. I'm convinced

Pharmacy tech is absolutely obnoxious and nasty, they do not know their stuff. And being so disrespectful over the phone, new technicians are needed. They keep lying about have access to certain websites.

Please dont waste your time in this store. Just head to the new CVS on happy valley 1 mile away. None of there photos services were working for my SD cards on both machines. Very run down store and not maintained.

This walgreens location always has a long queue at the drive thru which is so annoying. Drive thru is supposed to be quick and just pick up prescriptions only. Worst thing is because Staff are entertaining all queries of some people. If you have questions, go inside the store. Then when its already your turn, your prescription is not even ready even after 2 days since your health provider called you about your pills. How hard is it to put the pills in the container? Maybe if they don’t entertain most of the non-sense queries then they will have more time to do it especially if its a maintenance pill about your health condition. This is so ridiculous!
