This pharmacy should be closed. Prescriptions are never ready on time. In fact, they often do not begin processing a prescription until the patient physically arrives for pickup. I routinely request refills two weeks in advance, yet I am still required to visit the pharmacy repeatedly, only to be told each day that the prescription is “not ready” and will take “one more hour.” This cycle continues for days. Several months ago, I was completely out of my heart medication and had to beg for it. Despite the urgency and potential health risks, the staff showed no concern. As a healthcare professional, I always verify medications before leaving the counter. On one occasion, the pharmacy dispensed my husband’s medication at three times the prescribed dose. The pharmacy is a complete joke. Hideously understaffed, and what few pharmacy techs are there don’t speak English well enough to communicate necessary information about medications. I have never had a prescription be ready when I showed up, nor is there a sense of urgency. The line inside is perpetually six to eight people long. I sat at the drive thru window for ten minutes and was never acknowledged, let alone attended to. Went inside and stood in line for another fifteen minutes; I could hardly stand at the time and was crouched on the floor while I waited. When I made it to the counter, I was told my Rx wasn’t ready and to come back in fifteen minutes. The prices in the store for everything else are consistently higher than competitors. The worst pharmacy I've ever used. Medications are never filled and the wait times are ridiculous. Had a prescription sent to be filled on Wednesday mid-day. Went on Friday evening to pickup and was told it was not ready. I could either wait 15 minutes or come back first thing in the morning. Was ensured by a manager that it would be filled and ready for me. Came back the next day and was told they still haven't filled it and would need another 30 minutes.

The pharmacy was fine until a few weeks ago. They never meet refill dates, there are consistent delays. Trying to contact the pharmacy is impossible, and they're obtuse when you finally talk to someone. They do not even contact you in a timely manner if there will be a delay, or there is no pharmacist there to fill prescriptions. I highly recommend to use any other pharmacy in the area for your own peace of mind.

Had the best service tonight from Julian with my Christmas card photo order. One of their machines had gone down and my cards were in danger of not being completed today when I am sending them with my daughter to an out of town trip early tomorrow morning. He said he would do everything he could to make sure I could pick them up later this evening and boy did he come through. Such a pleasant encounter during this busy holiday season. He had a smile on his face and despite the mechanical issues he was facing I could tell he really cares about his customers! Bravo!
