Walgreens

This pharmacy is the absolute worst! If you’re not 8th in line inside, you’re 6th in line in the drive thru (that’s if it’s even open). Calling to speak to a pharmacist is next to impossible. Peep the screenshot of my recent failed attempt and the length of time I was on hold before I had to give up. I make sure I have up to date scripts, ready to be filled, but they fill them only AFTER I go in and complain about my scripts not being filled. SO INFURIATING!

Avoid this pharmacy- It took 20 Hours to complete a prescription that was a prepackaged box (medicine for flu/cold). They got the script by 2pm, I called them at 6pm, told them I'm in pain & reminded them it's already in a prepackaged box, they didnt care & said "too busy. It'll be tomorrow". At that point, it was too late to transfer the pharmacy. Why aren't they communicating these abnormal delays?

I never thought Walgreens would go out of business, but it's close. Stopped by after lunch to get some sweets. No one was working the front registers and at least 10 people were in line at Photo, the only employee working a check out in the whole store. Walgreens, just close up shop. You've become a bad joke and deserve to fail.

Update: I went in today for a few vaccinations. I made the appointment through the app. It was easy. They even offered one that I wasn't thinking about. It was free with my insurance. I got in and out. It was easy and didn't hurt. A great store and pharmacy. It's a nice clean store. They had exactly what I wanted for my cold. And, at a good price.

I was extremely sick thinking it was the flu but when it wouldn’t let up I went to the doctor 11:00am perscription sent 11:30. I had an infection that start spreading considering how bad my symptoms were. I couldn’t sleep for days because of the headaches, abdominal pain & cold/hot sweats. Doc told me to start treatment ASAP. I arrived at this Walgreens about 3:45 standing in an extremely long line. She says come back at 6. Get there at 6 and she says, sorry there’s not enough. At this point I told her give me whatever you got. She goes to the back and they actually have my full prescription but it still needs to be filled. As I’m paying I say, “so y’all had it this whole time?” She replied “I don’t know why they said that”. I get my prescription and walk off & THEY START LAUGHING. I will
