This place got fired today on hold 40 minutes got hung up on called back 2 people ahead in que. Additional They send weird messages that pharmacy is closed and again when pharmacy open. These people can't handle figuring g out how to stay open during lunch. They shut the place down for lunch from 1:30-2:00. The drive up window is the same intercom system from 32 years sounds terrible can't understand what they say. I am handicap so I need drive thru also have hearing aids. A lot of turn over in people and some kinda sketchy. No wander there losing business. 32 years did business there and they just continue to go down hill. The latest was like 2 hours on phone to switch a prescription to a 90 day supply for major cost savings first month they only filled it for 30 days and price went fro

This pharmacy is consistently a frustrating experience. Wait times are incredibly long, the phone is never answered locally, and prescriptions are rarely ready on time. They frequently only do partial fills, which then leads to long wait times again….and it’s almost impossible to speak to a real person when you need help. The phone app is not always correct, sometimes medication is not ready but app says it is or vice versa.

Pharmacy closed without notice and won’t reopen until tomm-no reason given. Need to pick up antibiotics that we got a VM that it was ready. Makes no sense. Get your shit together Walgreens!

Pharmacist just canceled my subscription and I needed to ask my doctor to send me the prescription again which delayed my treatment. Very disappointed

I was informed my medication wasn’t in stock so I called to see if there was any I could pick up from a different location, the lady said there was none in the ENTIRE QC. Closest location was Iowa City. I called my dr office & they called another Walgreens location… what do you know it’s in stock! How many people do you guys do this to? What if the medicine I needed was VITAL to my health. Just pure laziness.
