Drive through in the evenings is pretty slow for Rx that were supposed to be filled after calling ahead of time. We spent over 45 minutes waiting in line and then another 20 minutes waiting on our son’s medicine.

My wife visited to pick up one prescription and when she arrived, she was met with a very rude pharmacy tech that would not give her the name of my prescription, answer why the prescription was required to speak to a pharmacist, and the cost associated with it. She then proceeded to walk away without even acknowledging her. I was on speaker with her and heard the whole conversation. She waited approximately 5 minutes where a pharmacist named Brandon began acting just as rude and again, does not answer her questions about the cost of the prescription, the name of the prescription, and the name of the pharmacy tech who acted so rudely with her. He only stated that the printed receipt would show the name of the tech which it did not. She also asked him for his name and was met with more ruden

My experience was awful. What should have been a simple prescription fill turned into a mess and absolutely terrible service. I had to call several times and each time left on hold for 20 to 40 minutes. This location is understaffed and you will not get any help when you need it I will never go back and will have all prescriptions filled at a small pharmacy where you can receive proper service.

This business is in the business of poor customer service. If I am unable to pick up my prescriptions, MY PRESCRIPTIONS, for 72 hours after they are called in, they will use my medicine to fill someone else's prescription. With MY PRESCRIPTION, and then I get told that I get to wait for the next truck. This has happened 2 separate times back to back. My dr calls in a prescription and walgreens gives me a different date that they will fill it (always waiting on truck). If I'm not at walgreens within 72 hours of the date that THEY SET they use my prescription for some one else. They will let you get to the front of the phone call line and pick up, just to put you on a different hold (you lose the option to cancel music on direct hold). Ive called customer service about this place and nothin

Every single time I come here, even if I’ve confirmed ahead of time, they say they can’t find me in the system. Then the incompetent techs lazily check again and voila they always find me. And since they’ve just now found me, it’ll be 30-40 min they say. 1 hour or more later, I finally get my scripts. Horribly run pharmacy, one of the worst I’ve ever been to.
