Every single time, no matter the time of day, or hour of day, I sit at the drive thru window to pic up meds for over 15 minutes!!! This is unacceptable!!! No one comes to window to communicate anything! Maybe coming to window to say we are very busy we will be right with you, ANY COMMUNICATION would be nice! The fact is you need to train the people who work the drive thru to work a pace that keeps people moving? And to let people know why in the world is taking so long! I know you have heard about this before so what is nothing fixed!!!
I called and said Happy Thanksgiving I’m sorry you have to work today, thank you. I explained I was in ER last night and wanted to transfer my prescriptions from my Walgreens. She replied with an attitude she need to log into her system had a conversation with a gentleman about the previous day and who worked then came back with wat is your dob, name,address. I only see 2 prescriptions from the 26th. I said yes I was released last night I told her they should be and she said she didn’t see the lidocaine patch. I asked if they were the only 24 hour she said there is a CVS 24 hour. I asked later in the conversation if she knew if they were the only 24 hour Walgreens’s left because I’m I. Pickerington. I have experienced all of the problems that previous customers have experienced; the ridiculous drive through line, the ridiculous phone line wait only to be hung up on as soon as your call is finally answered, missing medication, not running my insurance properly, not filling a script because they thought it wasn't there only to have to have my doctor's office call and verify that they DID in fact receive my script, having to wait post op 6 or 7 hours to fill medication and to be told that I couldn't have my new script and my normal script, only to find out that it was not only possible but it was prescribed to be taken together. Having to repeat information 6x because some of the staff are not fluent enough in English to work at a Pharmacy dealing with drugs that can cause serious harm i
The problem I had with this pharmacy is that they make sure they name the medicine making sure everyone behind you knows what you are taking. This is a practice they shouldn't be allowed to do. They should just show the meds to you without saying it. I watched these pharmacy tech name every med with everyone in the line. I held my ID up and was still asked to say my name and address. They do nothing to protect your privacy.
I called three weeks ago to fill my medication and they said it was on back order. I had to wait seven days to be able to feel less than half of my prescription. I just called back in to fill the other half, and they don't have that in stock either. It turns out they have multiple vendors who can provide the medication, but nobody tried that the first time. Additionally, my doctor was able to modify the prescription However, logins didn't tell me that was an option so I had to go over a week without my medication. They said they're going to have it on monday, but I honestly don't believe them because up to this point they've been wrong about almost everything. They mess up, my wife's medication, monthly and my medication bi-monthly and my daughter's medication bi-monthly, i'm honestly not
