Walgreens

This Walgreens is my go-to, but I'm thinking seriously of changing locations. When I picked up a prescription recently at the drive-thru, there were four cars in each of the lines. I WAITED IN LINE 45 MINUTES. The woman at the drive-thru window that evening (Dec. 10, 5:45-6:30) is notoriously slow, but this is inexcusable. Why do they let her work the window? She shouldn't, especially at busy times of the day. My advice: If you pull up and there are more than two cars in line, assume she's on duty and go inside to get your prescription.

This Walgreens location is exceptionally well-organized and maintained, and I found it a pleasure to visit. Despite the pharmacy staff's busy schedule, they conducted themselves in a professional and amiable manner.

Treating someone like they are a theif. Why is it not the same that they are stealing. Why tell a customer to place they bad up front. When someone is stealing they are guilty. Psychologically that saying someone is a thief by telling them to leave a bag up front it's Schlemiel activity in psychological context. Your policy best be placed up front calling customers thieves. If you guys miss one customer your blemishing images.

I love visiting this Walgreens. All the employees have a positive courteous attitude and are very helpful. Always clean and service is fast.

Out of paranoia of retaliation, I removed my original post. Honestly it's that bad. Avoid the actual pharmacy. The regular store people are fine though.
