After using this pharmacy a few times in the past, we will not be using this location anymore. On Monday (it is now mid-day Thursday), my daughter was prescribed antibiotics for a severe infection. On Monday night, we went to pick up the prescription and they said the directions were unclear so they needed to verify with our daughter's pediatrician. Okay no big deal, we can start her antibiotics tomorrow. Well a few days passed with no call from the pharmacy and the status still on "pending" so I called her doctors office today to see what was going on with her prescription and turns out that walgreens never even called the Dr's office in the first place, so thats 3 days after she was supposed to start her round of medication. I understand mistakes happen but this is people's medicine they

Pharmacy is way to slow, they need more help, pharmacists & techs that do not act like you’re interrupting their day… Unless you have time to spare go somewhere else or get your lunch or dinner and wait in drive thru ….

The pharmacy customer service very awful. This pharmacist with silver hair was just chatting with a customer I was standing there for 20 min then when the best friends stop talking she just disappeared. Then I went up the counter to seek help she just kept staring at me and left very unprofessional and I tried to return some stuff with receipt and they asked me for an id pretty ridiculous

Anika and Sasha were awesome! I printed documents at 1:00 a.m., and they were super helpful, efficient, and energetic. I’ll definitely be coming back if I need prints again. 10/10 customer service!
