Walgreens

December 21st, around 5:30 PM. This happened at the front cashier, not the pharmacy counter. I paid in cash and the cashier threw my change onto the counter instead of handing it to me. No explanation, no apology—just straight attitude. I don’t expect smiles and rainbows, but basic respect is the bare minimum in customer service. Handling money like that is unprofessional, period. This wasn’t about being busy—it was about behavior. Walgreens should hold the front-end staff to the same standard as the rest of the store.

Had been with Walgreens for years using all over the country. Last script I tried to fill was just ignored. My script sent in by my surgeon, message kept saying it was being worked on. When I called the store after 3 days of no fill to see what was up, said they couldn't fill it as written. Didn't contact me or the surgeon, said they don't do that. Finally went to a different pharmacy & had to pay out of pocket because Walgreens had already billed my insurance. Changed pharmacies.

This is the worst pharmacy that I have ever encountered, among both other brands and other Walgreens locations. Their real functional purpose is to take as much of your effort and time as possible. I’ve had issues every time I’ve dealt with them. I live far out of town with no local options, so driving for pickups is a real time investment for me. I have had prescriptions sent in, I’ve called ahead to confirm, only to arrive and be told that they decided not to get everything ready because they “didn’t know I needed them” (Not joking or exaggerating.) Even after explaining my situation and that I can’t easily just “come back later” I’ve still had to wait hours for them to put the pills in a bag, sitting in the chair in front of the counter, watching as they chatted amongst themselves.

The entire staff horrible!! Their most tenured technician has the absolute worst attitude of take it or leave it! Their pharmacist Ike for example, zero customer service skills. Their lead pharmacist, Eric, excuses and allows it all because they are a high volume pharmacy. Hence, no accountability.

Very bad customer service. They say in the recording that they strive to perform excellent customer service but they do nothing of the sort. They never answer the phone at the pharmacy and you have to wait on hold forever. Very poor professionalism and very bad customer service. If you can avoid it, don't go to this Walgreens. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
