My main issue is always the demeanor of the sales representatives. Some are friendly but most are not or they just don’t speak to you at all. Never met a friendly person in the pharmacy at all. Store is great about cleanliness and is easy to navigate. In the end it’s the only game in town unless you want to drive to another city.

I can never get through on the phone, last month I was on hold for over an hour and by the time it finally patched through they hung up immediately. I’ve called multiple times (spanning days) asking them to fill prescriptions just to get there and be told they haven’t started and it’ll be another day. My nurse even called in to fill my prescription because I was having so much trouble and when I got there they still turned me away.

Will be switching to meijer in Louisville. This place has become ridiculous. They never have my meds even when I put the order in way ahead of time so I’m stuck for a few days every month with the symptoms caused by not taking them and it’s not pleasant at all. I’m so fed up I’m almost in tears. I’m DONE. If it would let me do zero stars I would.

Staff is always rude. The past two times I’ve went to pick up medications they haven’t had them in stock, which isn’t their fault but they made it complicated when I want to transfer them to another pharmacy.

It hurts to see such a low review! These ladies work so hard! It shocks me that Walgreen’s doesn’t have the up to date system like Brandenburg Saveright, especially with the increased business! Instead of a lighted, beeping mechanism to find the prescription’s that their patients need, these ladies have to climb and bend for every one they serve. All praise to you ladies for the great work you do for us! God bless you all!
