Excessive wait time and the Cashier is old and takes his sweet time. I was doing a Uber Eats and I need to be at the person‘s house to give them the food sooner so that they know that I’m doing my best and I ended up being late! All because of their ““ great service“

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The staff is not helpful. They turn you away for a basic price adjustment transaction saying they’re not allowed. I asked where it was in the return policy. They said I can go to the original store I purchased from and ask - which is funny because Walgreens is Walgreens. Went to original store and it wasn’t an issue. JUST this store.

She couldn’t be bothered to get off her cell phone the entire time helping me. Nasty attitude. I see why the reviews for this store are 2.4 LMAO. I guess id be nasty to everybody if i looked like you too babe.

Extremely poor customer service at this pharmacy – AVOID at all costs!!!!!!! ZERO STARS. The pharmacists here are unprofessional, and I’ve had multiple instances where one literally screamed at me because they disagreed with how my doctor prescribed my medication. This happens month after month, and it’s beyond frustrating. As a pharmacist, you should know that you're in a customer-facing role and be prepared to handle these situations with respect and professionalism. I receive notifications that my prescription is ready, but when I show up, it’s not. The pharmacist gets upset with me for showing up, but doesn’t offer any clear timeline for when it will actually be available. And if I call for help or have questions, forget it—I'm left on hold for 30 minutes to over an hour. This has b
