Walgreens

My veterinarian wrote out a prescription for my dog. i handed it to the pharmacy tech. the next day when i came back to see if it was ready they said they would have to order it. i assumed they would place the order when i dropped it off initially but they decided to do nothing. a week later i am still waiting for this prescription. Walgreens has still not completed this order. i eventually got my veterinarian to write another prescription for a different pharmacy and picked it up same day. my dog would have died without these meds and Walgreens couldn't care less.

We were faithful Brookshires pharmacy people for years. Walgreens took over this pharmacy and the service has gone in the toilet. Twice have come for a vaccine at a specific appointment time, only to have to sit there and wait 35-60 minutes past the scheduled appt time. What’s the point in setting an appointment time if they aren’t available at that time?? Their systems seem to be the issue (or so they say). If that’s the case, I guess avoiding all Walgreens pharmacy locations is wise.

This place is not great. The staff is not kind and they are highly unorganized. Had a mix up with my prescription multiple times. Would not recommend.

This was the worst experience I have ever had. The girl helping me inside was Becca and she was the rudest person! In the middle of conversation she dismissed me as a customer to help someone in the window. I will NEVER use this Walgreens again!!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY at all cost. I want to clarify that I am specifically speaking about the Walgreens inside Brookshire’s in Aledo TX. This does not apply to all Walgreens, and in fact most, are great and have amazing service. But this one- Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience on planet earth. I caution anyone that is considering transferring any Rxs to this pharmacy to reconsider. They are horrific at communicating, their customer service is atrocious, they simply do not care at all. Their online text service is not functional and again, their technicians, pharmacists and their management do not care.
